Hardware Repair
* Onsite and In-Depot - Our Hardware repair team understands how important your system is to you. We too are computer users and we understand the frustration that all users feel when their systems are not functioning correctly. As such, our service delivery team strives to resolve your issue in the shortest possible time frame and at the lowest cost. Our Onsite Team is deployed under two options:
Option 1 - Next Day Service
- Billable Rate: $85/hour (minimum 1 hour charge per visit)
- Scheduled by appointment to work around your schedule
- A small travel charge will be assesed for clients outside of the City of Toronto
Option 2 - Same Day 4 Hour Response (available 9:00AM to 6:00PM)
- Billable Rate: $160/hour (miimum 1 hour charge per visit)
- A small travel charge will be assesed for clients outside of the City of Toronto
Our In-Depot Team provides leading edge service from our service location in Toronto.
Clients may drop off their equipment during normal business hours or we can arrange for low cost courier services to pickup your product at your door.

How does this all work?
- Once you register for the program and pay for your software licence, SIS guides you through the installation and configuration of the software.
- You then select the folders and data that you want to have backed up
- You can back up at that moment or at a scheduled day and time
- At the end of a backup, SIS will bill you for the amount of Data backed up as per the current rate sheet
- Miss a month, you don't pay anything
- Whenever you want to restore any amount of your data, SIS will bill you a flat fee of $10
