In Depot
In Depot is charged at a rate of $65/hour billed in 15 minutes increments.  Our technicians are required to provide work estimates within 30 minutes of examining any equipment.  This allows you, the customer, to make decisions on whether to pursue a repair option, based on your budget.  This process ensures that you are able to make educated decisions over your equipment without incurring significant costs to diagnose the problem.
On Site
On Site Services are available through three unique options to meet your business requirements and budget.

Option 1 - Per Incident Features:
• Billable Rate: $85/hour (desktop equipment)
• Billable Rate: $110/hour (server and network equipment)
• A minimum 1 Hour charge applies to all service calls
• Additional Travel charges will apply to clients outside the City of Toronto
• Service Level: Next Business Day
• Service Commitments: Diagnoses and Work Estimate provided within the 1st hour onsite

Option 2  - By Service Blocks of Time Features:
Service Blocks of Time allow organization to pre-purchase blocks of time at reduced rates.  This allows an organization to get reduced billing rates, with the same high level of service.
